Maker and monger owner Anthony Femia created The All American after visiting the ripening cellars at Jasper Hill Farm – an artisanal cheese maker in Greensboro, Vermont.
“We’ve been on the right track since day one, when we swung open the latches of our humble French grocery cart in August 2015,” the cheese store wrote on Instagram.
‘This cult toast hero takes inspiration from Anthony’s time in the Jasper Hill Farm ripening cellars tasting and appreciating the kaleidoscope of flavors that are Cabot Clothbound Cheddar and Bayley Hazen Blue.
