Bindi Irwin just added another member to their pack.
The 22-year-old daughter of the deceased Crocodile hunter star Steve Irwin gave birth to her first child with husband Chandler Powell. The couple greeted a little girl Grace Warrior Irwin PowellOn March 25th, Bindi revealed the following day.
“I’m celebrating the two loved ones of my life. I wish my beloved husband a happy first wedding anniversary and our beautiful daughter a birthday,” wrote Bindi on Instagram next to the first photos of her little girl. “Grace Warrior Irwin Powell. Our graceful warrior is the most beautiful light.”
“Grace is named for my great-grandmother and relatives in the 18th-century Chandler family. Her middle name, Warrior Irwin, pays homage to my father and his legacy as the most incredible wildlife warrior,” she continued. “Her last name is Powell and she already has a soul as kind as her father. There are no words to describe the infinite love in our hearts for our sweet baby. She chose the perfect day to be born, and so do we feel tremendously blessed. “
Bindi, a conservationist and zoo owner, first announced that she and Chandler were expecting back in August and posted a cute photo of the couple wearing a small Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors shirt. “Baby Wildlife Warrior is due in 2021,” she captioned the picture. “Chandler and I are proud to announce that we are waiting! It is an honor to share this special moment in our lives with you.”
