It’s Britney (birthday), bitch!
And there is no one who deserves a party more than after a tough year Britney Spears. In honor of the great day of the Holy Spear on December 2nd, we thought we’d take on the unenviable job of rating each of the pop princess singles who cracked the top 10 in the world Billboard Hot 100 charts since her debut with the legendary “… Baby One More Time” in October 1998.
Before you freak out about what you don’t see below, trust and believe that when we put the list of songs released by Britney at number 10 or higher, we were also stunned to find absolute classics like “I.” am a slave 4 U, “Me Against Music”, “Work Bitch” and “Slumber Party” had missed their rightful recognition. (Believe it or not, those bops peaked at numbers 27, 35, 12 and 86, respectively.) But honestly, we have no one responsible for it but ourselves. We have failed, Britney, and that opens us up forever sorry.
