How many seasons of The Mandalorian will we get? That stays in the air for now. Star Pedro Pascal doesn’t know, or at least he’s not sharing this information right now. No matter how long the live action war of stars The show runs for, Pascal says it will be a quality over quantity issue.
Pedro Pascal is currently promoting his new film Wonder Woman 1984which is in theaters and on HBO Max. During a recent interview, he was asked how many more fans can expect beyond that The Mandalorian Season 2. There is currently no definitive answer, but for Pascal they can keep the train on the tracks as long as they can keep the quality at the set standard. Here’s what he had to say about it.
“No idea, I have no idea. Because I think quality will always override quantity. As long as it stays at that incredible standard that it is, it’s more a matter of it than anything.”
One of the best things that The Mandalorian From a business perspective, it turned out to be loved all around. While the war of stars especially sequel trilogy The last Jedi and The rise of Skywalkerturned out to be divisive, The Mandalorian has apparently united the fan base under one roof. There aren’t a lot of people walking around beating up the show. Maintaining this could benefit the franchise for years to come. We know for a fact that Season 3 is already in the works, and maybe there was talk of Season 4. But beyond that, nothing is certain.
What we know for sure is that Lucasfilm and Disney are already capitalizing on the show’s success in other ways. war of stars is expanding enormously on Disney +, and a tidal wave of new shows is coming in the pipeline. Ahsoka, Rangers of the New Republic, The acolyte, Visions and The book by Boba Fettas well as the cartoon series The bad batchare all on the way. Yes, like movies Rogue Squadron but still happen The Mandalorian has cemented television as the future of the franchise, at least for now.
When will we see The Mandalorian Season 3, this time it will take a little longer. After that epic season two finale, it was announced that The Book of Boba Fett would hit Disney + in December 2021. The show is now in production, and Mando will be back in the saddle after filming Boba Fett’s solo series. Whether or not Baby Yoda returns is up in the air considering what happened in the finale.
