Data from the population register suggests that Harju County has the largest number of new cases with 226 cases, of which 183 are in the capital, Tallinn.
Ida-Viru County received 57 cases, Lääne-Viru County received 16, Pärnu County received 15, and Tartu and Võru Counties 11 cases each.
There were five cases in Hiiu and Rapla counties and four each in Järva, Viljandi and Valga counties. Three new cases were diagnosed in Lääne County, with one new case occurring in Saare, Põlva and Jõgeva Counties. Six people who tested positive did not have a registered place of residence in Estonia.
The fall rate per 100,000 people in the past 14 days is 552.08, with the relative importance of the initial positive results in all tests being 10.7 percent.
As of Sunday morning, 420 people with COVID-19 will be treated in hospitals, 42 of them in intensive care units and 25 on respiratory assistance.
