Health Board: Safety measures were ignored in the semi-finals by Eesti Laul
The Health Board received several inquiries on Friday regarding non-compliance with safety measures during the first semi-final of the Eesti Laul competition on Thursday.
“It is extremely unfortunate that security measures were not observed during the event. The Health Board is reminding Eesti Laul organizers and all attendees that the restrictions are not designed to harass anyone but to contain the spread of the virus.” General Director of the Health Committee Üllar Lanno said.
He said the organizers need to take into account that the event attracts a lot of public attention and it is extremely important to set a good example and follow the rules.
