Urmet Tambre, head of the Northern Prefecture Criminal Investigation Bureau, told ERR on Friday: “It is important to identify this person.” He asked people to call the police if they had any information.

The attack took place when Talving was sitting in his car outside PERH in Tallinn at around 7 p.m. on Wednesday during which a liquid was thrown on him.
A well-known anti-masker and critic of coronavirus restrictions was arrested by police in connection with the attack on Wednesday but later released.
