In March, the Tallinn institutions will work according to the “red scenario” to limit the spread of Covid-19. All services are provided for customers, but contact between employees is minimized.
Mayor Mihhail Kõlvart (center) said the city is implementing measures to reduce the risk of coronavirus infection in the workplace and that many employees will start work remotely.
In physical meetings with citizens or colleagues from the city organization, all participants must wear personal protective equipment.
“Despite the widespread spread of the coronavirus, we have to ensure the availability of the city’s services and keep the service halls open. If a service can be requested electronically, we recommend that users of the service prefer this to other means,” said Kõlvart.
