This is the harrowing moment when a dancer was shot twice in the chest by a masked assassin outside her block of flats in Russia.
30-year-old Natalia Pronina from Moscow was shot dead at close range by a hooded and masked man while returning from a choreography session to her home near the Akademicheskaya metro station.

Harrowing CCTV captured the moment Ms. Pronina saw the killer approach her from the shadows before shooting her at close range with a pistol.
Mrs. Pronia, who has won awards at international dance festivals including in the UK, was rushed to the hospital and had an operation but died two hours after the attack.
